A simple calorie tracker app for a clear daily target.
Haps is designed for people who want a focused calorie tracker instead of a coaching programme. Enter the calorie value you want to record, reuse recent foods quickly, keep logging offline, and review calories logged, remaining, or over target.

What simple means in Haps
Simple does not mean hiding important states or pretending every calorie value is correct. It means keeping the recurring task narrow: record a value, see it in the day, and understand whether it is saved or still waiting to synchronise.
Haps is a mobile calorie ledger rather than a browser tracker. The public website explains the product, privacy controls, and support journeys while the logging workflow stays in the planned iPhone and Android apps.
Manual-first, with quicker repeats
When you already know the calorie value you want to use, Haps lets you enter it directly. A recent food can be reused in two taps, reducing repeated typing without changing or re-estimating the value for you.
That workflow can suit people who prefer a direct calorie counter app over a service centred on coaching, meal plans, or automated recommendations.
Offline-capable, not device-only
Core entries save to encrypted local storage first, so losing a connection does not need to stop logging. Pending changes remain in a durable queue and synchronise with the Haps service after connectivity returns.
Local-first operation does not mean records never leave the phone. The data and privacy page explains synchronisation, optional analytics, exports, and deletion in plain language.
Availability and product limits
Haps is preparing for its first public release and is not yet available to download. This page will link to verified app-store listings when they exist.
Haps records values and a target you supply. It does not prescribe a diet, decide whether a target is suitable, or provide medical or personalised nutrition advice.
